Dan Bach, CFII

“Experience is the best teacher”.

Traveling has always been a passion of Dan’s. As a curious young man from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, he initially found himself working as a stone mason halfway around the world in New Zealand. Next, his travels led him to become a commercial fisherman in Alaska, and then a steel fabricator building towboats in Seattle.

“I have always been up for a new adventure and oceans, boats, unexplored roads, and highways seemed to be my answer… until I was introduced to the sky. I find this to be one of my most cherished experiences and I want to share it with others.”

Sea to sky and all of the beautiful landscape in between, Dan believes if you work hard and have a positive attitude you can experience it all.

Dan earned his Private through Commercial/Instrument in 2019 and 2020 in Everett, WA (KPAE). He then moved to Arizona (KGYR) to complete his CFI and CFII training in 2020 and 2021. Dan joined the Moses Aviation team in 2023 with 250 hours of dual given, so he’s no stranger to the right seat. He’s also done a good bit of other flying, including agricultural surveying, racking up 800 hours in 172s.
